Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of textile products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Fabric sold by the meter or in bulk quantities
- Customized, cut, or altered fabric
- Products purchased during clearance or special discount sales
- Items damaged due to improper handling or washing
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you. Products sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Replacement Policy
Replacements are offered only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Requests for replacement must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with supporting images or videos.

Order Cancellation
